Affordability:

We encourage you to shop other Photographers. We are confident that in comparing, quality, quantity and price, you will find that our packages are an incredible value. In addition. many Photographers require that you purchase your prints from them at greatly inflated prices (as much as $30 for an 8x10). All of our packages include a Limited Reproduction Rights Release after 6 months. This allows you to have your photos printed in any quantity at a lab of your choice. Local or internet based labs charge approximately $2-$3 for an 8x10 print. Obviously, this results in a tremendous savings to you.

Two Photographers:

We are a father and daughter team. This is very advantageous in a number of ways. First, it allows us to be in two places at one time. Shooting from different angles or using different light sources helps to provide the best coverage and diversity during the ceremony and reception, Furthermore, having a female Photographer allows the bride the option to have pictures shot during the time she is getting dressed. Additionally, shooting Formal Portraits (especially with large wedding parties) can be very time consuming. The fact that one of us will be setting up and posing the group while the other concentrates on the technical aspects of the shots, greatly expedites this process. Finally, your images will benefit from having the perspective and creative resources of two different individuals.

Exceptional Customer Service:

We are acutely aware of how very important your wedding day is to you. We will always strive to give you the best possible service before, during and after your special day. In addition to your initial consultation we will visit the ceremony location (if within a reasonable distance) and meet with you again approximately one week before the ceremony in order to be as well prepared as possible. On your wedding day, it is our goal to record exceptional images, without creating a disturbance to the proceedings. We will make suggestions, but will never push you to pose for pictures that you don’t want. Additionally, we promise to always treat you and your guests with the utmost kindness and respect. Digital Editing:

All images that you select will be digitally edited to ensure the absolute best quality. Removal of blemishes, color correction, exposure correction, sharpness brightness and contrast corrections are but just a few of the adjustments that can be made. This is a time consuming process (35-45 hours), but makes a tremendous improvement to the final images. In addition, you will receive at least 5 special effects images (Vignette, Soft Focus, Selective Coloration, ect.) plus black and white conversion of selected images, all at no charge.

Equipment:

We have full redundancy of all of our equipment. If we should have a failure during your wedding, we have a back-up of all items. Unlike many photographers, we use studio lighting for Formal Portraits. This results in much higher quality images. We use professional digital SLR cameras which are capable of producing high quality prints up to 16” x 20” in size.

Digital Photography:

Digital photography is quickly becoming the standard rather than the exception and with many good reasons. The ability to view an image immediately after it has been shot is one major advantage. If the image is not what you were hoping for, in many cases, you are able to shoot it again. Furthermore, the editing and special effects capabilities of a top-end image editing program are almost limitless. We keep copies of all original and edited images. This is wonderful insurance that you will always have a back-up should something happen to your photographs.

The Whole Picture:

Most Photographers ( including us), will show you an album composed of their very best shots from many different weddings. Although this gives you an opportunity to evaluate the Photographers style and skills it is probably not a fair representation of what you might expect from your wedding photos. Therefore, we allow you to view more complete weddings that we have shot via internet albums.
