Image Guarantee

If you are not only satisfied but thrilled with the quality, quantity and content of your wedding images, we will do what ever is necessary to make you happy, or your investment will be returned in full.*

Service Guarantee

If we ever fail to give the very best service before during or after your ceremony. If we are not kind, courteous, and respectful to you or your guest in every way. We will be more than happy to return your investment in full.*

Late Arrival Guarantee

If we fail to arrive at your wedding, set up and be fully prepared to begin shooting at the time we have agreed upon, you will be given a 20% refund of your full investment for your inconvenience. In addition, we will also refund $40 for every 15 minutes that we are late. **

Rain-Out Guarantee

If you have planned an outdoor wedding or have an indoor wedding in which you are planning on taking pictures outside the church, ceremony or reception venue, and we are unable to create those images due to inclement weather, we will be happy to return at a later date in order to capture those special images.***

We, at Springfield Photography, understand how very important your wedding day is to you. We are passionate about capturing the very best images possible and giving you the ultimate in quality service. If we do not accomplish these goals, we feel that you should be compensated.

To the best of our knowledge we are the only photographers in the area that offer such a comprehensive guarantee. We believe in our work and we are eager to stand behind it. Your wedding day is far too important for you to settle for anything less. Not just lip service but an iron clad written guarantee.

*Several weeks after your ceremony you will have the opportunity to view your images either online or in our studio. At that time you will have the option to either accept the images, request changes, or request a refund. Due to the nature of our business, no refunds will be given after client has taken possession of images in any form.

**Refunds for tardiness will be made to client no more than (2) two weeks following ceremony.

***Although we will try our best to accommodate your schedule, creation of images due to rain outs will be at a time that does not interfere with previous obligations that we may have. A travel fee may apply for locations that exceed (30) miles from our studio.
