Viewing Appointment...
During your pre-session consultation or at your senior shoot, we will schedule a Viewing Appointment at the studio. At that appointment, mom, dad and any other decision makers (including you of course!) should be present. We will show you all of your images in actual print sizes on our projection screen. We can go though them one at a time to help you choose the best images. You can purchase images at that time at discount prices.
Creating a gift list before you arrive of who will be receiving gift prints such as grandparents, dad’s or mom’s office, and other special family members, can save much time. 8x10, 5x7, 4x5 and wallets are considered gift prints. Every portrait is hand crafted and completely artist retouched.
If you are getting a wall portrait, get a “ballpark” measurement of the space you wish to hang it. Using existing art pieces for measuring purposes is a good idea. All wall prints are mounted ready for framing. You may also have your wall portrait mounted onto canvas at an additional cost.
This appointment can last 30-60 minutes. We will make every effort possible to be on time for your appointment, please do your best as well. All orders are to be paid in full at your Viewing Appointment. Orders can take 5 weeks to be completed during the busy senior season.
